Refund Policy

Eligibility

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to:

• First-time subscribers to any paid plan (Starter, Pro, or Elite)
• Requests made within 30 calendar days of your first paid charge (i.e., the charge that follows your 14-day free trial, if applicable)
• One refund per customer, per account

Because our Free plan carries no charge, there is nothing to refund on that tier. If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you are never charged in the first place — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@ypnus.com from the address on your account with the subject line “Refund Request,” including your account email and the approximate date of your charge. We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to post to your statement.

Subscription Renewals

The guarantee covers your first paid billing cycle only. Charges from subsequent renewal cycles (month 2 onward) are not covered by this guarantee, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see our Cancellation Policy.

What Happens to Your Content

If your refund is approved, your account is downgraded and any SEO pages, territory locks, and marketing assets generated on the platform are archived per our standard cancellation process. We recommend exporting anything you’d like to keep before requesting a refund.
