Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 6, 2026

During Your 14-Day Free Trial

All paid plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything. There is nothing to refund because no payment was ever collected.

After You’ve Been Billed

If you cancel after your trial has converted to a paid subscription, your plan remains active through the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. You will not be billed again going forward. If it’s been fewer than 30 days since your first charge, you may also qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How to Cancel

• Log in and cancel directly from your account dashboard, or
• Email support@ypnus.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and we’ll process it within 1 business day

What Happens to Your Content After Cancellation

Your ZIP territory locks, SEO pages, and marketing assets stay live through the end of your paid billing period. After that, your account is downgraded and your content is archived — it stops being publicly accessible, but is retained temporarily in case you resubscribe. We recommend exporting or saving anything you want to keep before your billing period ends.

Downgrading Instead of Canceling

If you just need a smaller plan rather than canceling entirely, contact support@ypnus.com and we’ll adjust your subscription at your next billing cycle.
