How We Got Here
The Problem We Couldn't Ignore
YPN USA started as a real estate investment community. We were building tools for investors — deal analyzers, BRRRR calculators, cash flow models. But the more we talked to real estate agents, the more we kept hearing the same frustration:
"I'm paying $600 a month for my website and I don't even own it. If I leave, I lose everything."
Zillow charges agents hundreds of dollars a month for leads that also get sent to four other agents. Placester, kvCORE, Sierra Interactive — they all take a monthly fee and hand you back nothing if you cancel. Your leads, your content, your Google rankings — all of it lives on their platform, not yours.
"Imagine spending five years building a restaurant inside someone else's building — paying rent, building a customer base, growing your reputation — and then one day they triple your rent or shut the building down. That's what most agent website platforms are doing to you."
— YPN USA Founding Team
We built YPN USA's real estate website platform with one non-negotiable principle: agents own their digital presence, period. Every site we build runs on WordPress — the world's most trusted, portable CMS — on hosting you control, under a domain you own. Cancel tomorrow and every page, every lead, every Google ranking you've built goes with you.
We added AI because we watched agents spend hours writing listing descriptions, struggling to keep up with blog content, and paying copywriters $500 for work our tools now do in seconds. The AI doesn't replace the agent — it handles the repetitive marketing work so agents can focus on what actually earns commissions: building relationships and closing deals.
We're not a VC-funded startup optimizing for growth at the expense of our users. We're a team of real estate people who use these tools ourselves, charge a fair price, and believe the agent should always own their business.
