A career in mortgage marketing

I’ve spent more than two decades working at the intersection of mortgage marketing, customer acquisition, and the real-world process of helping people buy and refinance homes. In the early years, I learned quickly that “more leads” is not the same as “better conversations.” The market rewards consistency, credibility, and local relevance—especially when buyers and sellers are trying to navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Over time, I built a deeper focus on AI-powered lead generation for loan officers—because tools should reduce friction, not create noise. I’ve helped lenders refine their positioning, tighten their messaging, and build systems that attract the right prospects at the right moment. That includes automating outreach, improving conversion workflows, and ensuring the leads you pay for actually align with your ideal customer and local service area.

Why I built YPN USA

YPN USA was created to solve a problem I kept seeing: many loan officers have marketing efforts, but not market ownership. They might run campaigns, post occasionally, or rely heavily on referrals—yet they rarely build the hyper-local digital footprint that makes them the obvious choice in their communities. I wanted to create a platform and playbook that turns marketing into a measurable advantage, rooted in local search visibility and continuous engagement.
