I’ve spent more than two decades working at the intersection of mortgage marketing, customer acquisition, and the real-world process of helping people buy and refinance homes. In the early years, I learned quickly that “more leads” is not the same as “better conversations.” The market rewards consistency, credibility, and local relevance—especially when buyers and sellers are trying to navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
